Primary Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client stakeholders in team and organizational development through learning and development interventions
  • Establish strategic partnerships with business leaders for team development aligned with business priorities
  • Manage end-to-end responsibilities of multiple learning and organizational development projects
  • Stay updated on research and trends to identify capability opportunities using a learning and development lens
  • Act as a key point of contact for all Talent-related interventions to drive business outcomes
  • Deliver Talent Development Sessions including in-person and webinar sessions
Facilitating Talent Development Sessions:
  • Ensure proper preparation and understanding of training content before delivery
  • Collaborate with resources to develop appropriate learning objectives and curricula
  • Utilize training technology effectively to ensure optimal learning
  • Engage with learners and adjust facilitation methods as needed
Reporting & Analysis:
  • Complete necessary reports for programs facilitated and distribute them to stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Analyze training outcomes and engage with learners for feedback
  • Suggest ideas to enhance learning based on experience with learners
Other Tasks:
  • Participate in meetings related to Talent Development initiatives and projects as needed
  • Conduct Training Needs Identification and be part of various Team Projects
  • Curate content from open-source materials
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development
  • Demonstrated experience in working with Senior Managers/CXO in a learning role or Organizational Development/Management Consulting
  • Proven facilitation skills and experience in running sessions across all levels
  • Agile project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Post-graduation / MS in Business Management, Human Resources
