Summary:
The Inside Sales Manager at Tutorac is responsible for driving sales growth within our online IT training marketplace.

This role involves developing and nurturing relationships with potential students, guiding them through the enrollment process, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to course completion.


Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

Identify and pursue potential leads through various channels (website inquiries, marketing campaigns, etc.).Qualify leads based on their needs, interests, and budget.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Sales Engagement and Conversion:
Conduct virtual meetings and demonstrations with potential students.
Tailor presentations to individual needs and address concerns.
Close deals effectively and efficiently.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the enrollment process.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Follow up with students to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

Sales Strategy and Reporting:
Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies.
Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to optimize the sales process and improve the customer experience

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Experience:
3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the education or technology sector.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for technology and education.

Bonus:

Understanding of the Indian education landscape.
Familiarity with IT skills and technologies.
