Specialist/Senior Manager - Inside Sales
As the Senior Manager - Inside Sales at Recykal, you will have a key role in boosting revenue growth by leading the inside sales team to generate and qualify leads, close sales with consumer brand clients, and maintain CRM data integrity.
You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies and provide valuable insights based on your interactions with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through research and outbound prospecting.
- Focus on consumer brand clients interested in sustainability-focused waste management solutions.
- Evaluate fit for Recykal's solutions and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Update CRM systems with accurate lead information and prioritize follow-up activities.
- Maintain lead information accuracy and completeness.
- Enhance lead generation strategies based on prospect interactions.
- Understand Recykal's technology platform and effectively communicate its value.
- Showcase platform capabilities and close sales opportunities.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and qualify leads effectively.
- Collaborate with teams to drive lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and clients through personalized communication.
- Prepare and deliver captivating sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market developments.
Role Requirements:
- Successful sales leadership experience in the B2B sector in India.
- Business acumen with sales strategy expertise.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in team hiring, retention, and mentorship.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, business, or related field. MBA preferred.
