Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to learn and articulate technical information quickly.

Key elements of the role include:

  • Develop incremental business with new customers.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients.
  • Identify new customers through lead generation, follow-up, and cold calling, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Proactively identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing clients.
  • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
  • Maintaining data and reports on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for interfacing and acting as a bridge between the sales team and the clients.
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers accounts.
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions

We are looking for:

  • Hunter mentality, self-motivated, self-starter, takes initiative.
  • Excellent ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proficient in managing and analyzing data via MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Independently coordinate with multiple teams internally.
  • Should be an Expert in Estimating deals / communicating with Delivery Leaders for approvals and Finance for their approvals.
  • Must have worked with Manufacturing/IT Services/Facility Management companies.
  • Should have SAAS selling experience
