Position Overview:

As the Chief Operations Officer (COO), you will play a critical role in leading and optimizing our operational functions.

Operational Leadership:

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures, maintaining a commitment to excellence in all aspects of operations

Build and develop a high-performing operational team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

6 Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and expansion

7 Client Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted partner and advisor

8 Market Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth

9 Financial Management:
Manage operational budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization to drive financial performance

10 Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing robust risk management processes and controls.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field (MBA preferred years of progressive leadership experience in operations management, preferably within the aviation industry.
  • Proven track record of P&L ownership and driving growth in a complex operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of aviation operations, fueling procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Highenergy, resultsoriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
