Role Description

As a Business Success Ex , located in Noida/Dubai, you'll play a pivotal role in managing our product portfolio for customers in the Indian and Asia Pacific region, including Singapore and China.

Your responsibilities will include connecting with ship brokers, small to mid-sized ship owners, and charterers.

Delve deep into our product offerings, spanning Pre-Trade Intelligence, Communication Intelligence Tools, Freight Trading Tools, and Financial and Analytical Tools.

As an Business Development Executive, the selected candidate will be responsible for -Heading Indian Development Team will be additional responsibility for day to day operation.

Developing and maintaining relationships with existing international key accounts for the organization connecting with many #Ship owners , charters, commodities traders , brokers
Working with the Dubai and singapore team marketing team to develop customized product offerings that meet the clients' unique requirements
Travel to Middle east and Asian country to attend customers and our bulk maritime conference and exhibition
Develop understanding about various Software application module about shipping, chartering, decarbonisation, Email communication , pre trade tools, financial workflow and provide clients with exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operational relationship and conflict resolution
Expanding business by identifying and developing new clients
Negotiating contract terms and ensuring operational delivery and training consistent and sustainable with our various product module
Understanding the product and provide training to customer and Team mates.
Engaged in multi tasking job like your own company from handling customer to product development to feature enhancement to strategy planning for global client acquisition

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
3+years of experience in International business and relations in maritime sector
Prior experience in the shipping, brokering trading or logistics industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Proven track record of retaining and growing revenue from key accounts
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a dynamic work environment
Detail-oriented approach and analytical skills
Knowledge of international business and cultural norms is preferer
