Roles and Responsibilities

Risk management of SOW, SLA Contract Management, Managing Install base, Preparation / Reviewing Service Contracts with the customers for AMC / CAMC, spares and Life cycle product selling etc.

Management of Key account for New Business Development, Remote Monitoring and optimisation products. Expansion of Existing Business & Receivables Management etc. Should be well verse with Commercial and Legal Terminology Willing to Travel PAN INDIA for Client Meetings Technical Skills & Product Knowledge Basic engineering knowledge of Product, Data Centre equipments Industry Power / IT

Desired experience

Product Sales 8 to 10 yrs (No service operation candidate). Experience in offer management / RFQ preparation is added advantage. Candidate should have done Data Centre product sales preferably direct sales for 4 to 5 yrs

BE - Electrical, Electronics, EXTC or Mechanical, with MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing

Travel - This job require 50% travel

Should be good in Customer Relationship Management and Customer Engagement

Good Liaison between Internal and External Customer being SPOC Good cognitive skills-analytics, data management (sound knowledge on MS Excel / Power Point/ MS word)

Excellent Communication skills and presentation Skills Handling of MIS and organize Governance, operation review meetings with client
