Key responsibilities:

Handling of KeyAccount business of Ocean Exports by seawhichincludes entire coordination with bothshipper consignee CarrierFreight ForwardersTransporters CHA for CFS and Factory Stuffingofcontainers / LCL cargo.

CoOrdination withOverseas Office for Nomination Shipment&Handling Nomination Shipment.

Responsible for managing and reviewing export and importoperationsin accordance to ocean freightbusiness and customer needs CoOrdination with Sales &Documentation team for ShipmentProcedures.

Sending Quotation to customers for Ocean Exports & Imports.
Should Handle Hazardous & Reefer containers. Should HandleOver Dimensional Cargo. Establish & maintain a strongworking relationship with Customers togetmore business with existing customers. Manage reportingrequirements of department such as DSROperationTracking Report Time managementprioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Producequality work even when under extremetime pressure & deadlines.

JobRequirementBachelor s degree in CommerceLogistics or related field with over 8 yearsofexperience in the job offered out of whichat least 4 years of experience inOceanExport and Import.

Should have handledshipment for a minimum volume of 150 containerspermonth.
Skills/Requirement Advanced skills in MS Word Outlook and Excel. Abilityto make effective decisions under pressure. Ability to gather andinterpret relevant data and information. Exceptional customerservice skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood telephone and Email etiquette and skills. Good knowledge ofEnglish language (verbal/written) skills Ability to thinkanalytically and should be a problemsolver.
