Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Strategic Alliances and Partnerships Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will manage strategic partners for our SaaS platform, fostering relationships with both existing and potential partners.

Additionally, you will play a key role in expanding our global partner network and driving business growth.

Key Deliverables:
Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners to drive business/revenue growth through collaboration and mutual benefit.
Establish and maintain relationships with potential partners through outreach programmes, industry events, and active networking.

Identify and target key market segments for partnership opportunities to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives by implementing comprehensive partner development strategiesDesign and conduct partner onboarding programmes, periodic training and demo sessions for existing and potential partnersMonitor and assess the OC type 2performance of existing partners, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the SaaS industry, as well as competitor partner strategies, to continually refine and improve our partner development approach.

Provide regular reports and insights on partner development activities, progress, and results to stakeholders and managementCollaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure partner needs are met and integrated into the overall business strategy.


Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, partnership management and a deep understanding of the SaaS industry at a global levelStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with potential partners and internal stakeholders.

Excellent organizational and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Excellent networking and negotiation skills combined with the ability to navigate business complexitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsA proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding business objectives.
