Multiplier AI is leading AI stack focused on marketing, we sell in India, USA and 9 countries. Our clients include Abbott, Cipla, DRL, Galderma and other leading companies. This role is directly responsible to bring the next level growth.

Please apply only if you have delivered sales of at least 4 cr in previous role selling products solutions to pharma marketing and sale teams.

Role Definition:

  • Directly responsible for driving INR 10 crore of new sales for first 12 months and INR 25 crores in next 12 months from Indian pharma through our products and associated digital, AI and technical solutions.
  • This role reports to promoters.

Responsibility Deliverable

  • Deliver revenue on monthly and
  • Deeply involved in all stages of sales from planning till execution
  • Management of the sales team by providing monthly targets, along with providing required training and review for the achievement of the goals
  • Ensure monthly targets are met by the team related to number of sales outreach, calls, demos, proposals and revenue
  • Refine collaterals, proposals and sales training material, CRM reviews to drive sales
  • Ensure collections within 30-45 days from the date of invoice to maintain a healthy cash flow

Tasks and Activities

Primary responsibility is to drive sales revenue, these are other activities that are part of such an exercise.

Planning and leadership of team

Self and team

  • Present monthly sales plan before 1st of month for self and for sales team members and on 15th and on 30th send results analysis of the month for self and sales team
  • Ensure individual sales and inside sales team members have clear targets on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Set up systems for managing pre-sales and sales team

Client level:

  • Develop quarterly and monthly plans and pipeline plan for new and existing customers
  • Set targets at client level
  • Identify clients to be targeted monthly and execute reach out to clients through pre sales and sales
  • Help hiring and training the sales team and building capability

Ensure monthly targets met related to number of sales outreach,

calls, demos, proposals and revenue

  1. Build clear org charts of top 15 target clients including source and get contact details
  2. You have to personally lead, by doing every month, 200 client calls, 18 meetings (zoom or physical meetings) and 10 new proposals.
  3. Ensure targets met at individual and team level for calls, emailers and reach outs at each stage of pipeline
  4. Ensure client wise relationships and reach outs happen to build pipeline

Refine collaterals, proposals and product

  1. Ensure marketing is streamlined and effective
  2. Website has a clear lead target and generates 10 quality leads monthly
  3. SEO and content marketing is streamlined with clear monthly pan and increase of visits to website by 10%
  4. Content marketing on linkedin is done
  5. Work with team to develop compelling collaterals
  6. Improve proposal, demos by training team and improving the present collateral
  7. Ensure customer feedback is channeled to get into the product

Measurement and Metrics

  1. Revenue brought per month - INR 30 lacs per month of new business with expected collection cycles
  2. of proposals per month - 20 proposals to be sent every month with due follow ups
  3. of client demos per month - Min 15 demos to be conducted every month with the recordings available for review
