Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven track record in nurturing trusted relationships across client decision makers. Deep understanding of technology enabled advertising solutions. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels, identify, engage and influence various stakeholders Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities. High degree of entrepreneurial spirit, executive maturity, integrity and accountability. Experience with growing and developing new accounts. Ability to work autonomously, but also partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive customer's success and execute to strategy Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities in a rapidly changing environment; Consistently demonstrate a 'growth mindset'; embracing continuous learning; challenging the status quo, being brave, 'failing fast' and rapidly iterating. 7-10 years of experience in sales/ account management in the advertising technology/ media/ technology/ consulting industryResponsibilities
Microsoft Advertising is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Partner Sales Executive. This position will work with publishers in India & SEA to drive growth and achieve strategic alignment. The role will collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and action with strategic partners. The role will engage at various client organizational levels, to ensure retention and foster business growth using Microsoft Monetize, powered by Xandr.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within client accounts. Support day-to-day account management for the clients utilising varied support models available within Microsoft Advertising Drive long-term partnership value by developing an understanding of client's business, their challenges, operating environment, capabilities and goals as well as the advertising technology industry and competitive landscape. Provide strategic business consultation to clients, cultivating strong and lasting relationships. Hands-on approach to work closely with clients and internal teamsRevenue Generation
Drive revenue by aligning with client business objectives and delivering effective solutions. Define account plans with a focus on driving adoption of Microsoft technologies that are relevant to the client's business Collaborate closely with other Commercial teams, Services, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive efforts in achieving client success and revenue targets.Business Development:
Develop and execute strategies to expand business opportunities within both new and existing accounts. Collaborate with clients at various organizational levels to ensure retention and foster business growth. Represent the client needs with other functional teams and provide input to Product to help shape our roadmap.
