Sales and Operations Executive

Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Assist in managing and organizing sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients.
Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and other relevant documentation.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
Event Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with clients to understand event requirements and objectives.
Work closely with the operations team to plan and execute events within budget and timelines.
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and transportation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during events to ensure a seamless experience for clients and attendees.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing, design, and logistics, to ensure the successful execution of events.
Provide clear and concise communication to all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, and event management.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Exel, PPT and Canva.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Must-Have Requirements:
Must be situated in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid Driver's License.
Availability of a personal laptop.
Willingness to work in the field.
