- Develop and implement efficient processes to boost operational efficiency and performance
- Create and maintain advanced models and dashboards to monitor business performance metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, financial planning in sales, business consulting, or similar data-centric roles
- Proficiency in utilizing advanced data tools and databases, such as SQL
- Ability to analyze data from platforms like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and conduct competitive analysis
- Strong business acumen with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to influence senior management
- Proficient in converting complex data into clear messages and strategic insights
