JOB OVERVIEW:
  • The Manager - Sales Operations is responsible for sales planning, forecasting, CRM systems, and sales processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and contract flow through project management.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing on customer allocation, technology conversion, and lead time.
  • Supervise commercial project execution, sales activities, and customer scheduling.
  • Lead sales reporting, metric development, and CRM infrastructure.
  • Implement a robust sales data analytics system for enhancing deal conversions.
  • Provide continuous training to the sales operations team for goal achievement.
  • Develop a strong sales operations team through coaching and performance evaluation.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering preferred.
  • Post-graduate degree (MBA, Operations Research, or Data Science) is a plus.
  • Minimum 10+ years of sales and marketing experience with 5 years in senior sales operations.
  • Industry experience in renewable energy, semiconductor, or oil & gas equipment is advantageous.
