  • In this role, you shall be responsible for solutioning and delivery programs on new deals from a Training & Learning Development perspective.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing Learning & Development plans that facilitate and drive individual and team development, motivate employees, build competency, and a value-based culture in line with organization goals for Zinnov's customers.
  • Identifying training needs: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and understand employee training needs.
  • This can involve identifying skill gaps, areas for improvement, and new knowledge or abilities required to perform job tasks effectively.
  • Delivering training: Conduct training programs for employees through various methods such as classroom instruction, online courses, webinars, coaching, and workshops.
  • Use diverse techniques like role-playing, case studies, group discussions, and hands-on activities to make the training engaging and effective.
  • Evaluating training: Assess the success of training programs and provide feedback to stakeholders on the skills and knowledge acquired.
  • Use methods like pre-training and post-training assessments, surveys, and interviews for feedback collection.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training programs delivered.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring: Offer individual coaching and mentoring to employees as needed, aiding in skill development and performance improvement.
  • Maintaining records and reporting: Keep records of employee training, including attendance, and prepare reports summarizing training outcomes for management.
  • Consultative Approach: Manage programs end-to-end with a consultative approach, covering program design/customization, delivery and facilitation, program promotions, and marketing, and all other training operations.

Education Qualification & Experience:

  • Postgraduate degree in a field related to Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Sciences.
  • 6-10 years of work experience (with at least 8 years in core learning and development).
  • Experience in IT/high tech/HR consulting background is advantageous.
  • Work experience in global companies is preferred.
  • International work experience is a bonus.
  • Certification in MBTI, DISC, EI, or similar personality/behavior assessments is a plus.
