  • We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager to join our team, where you'll be instrumental in expanding our network and enhancing our offerings through strategic partnerships.
  • In this role, you'll manage existing relationships, develop new partnerships, and oversee the integration and execution of partnership strategies.
  • Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in partnership management within a SaaS environment, exceptional negotiation skills, and a keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities into successful collaborations.
Responsibilities

Manage and build on existing partner relationships across System Integrators, ISVs, BPOs and channel.

Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to develop partnership strategies.

  • Develop a scalable model for formalizing partnerships.
  • Identify, develop relationships, and negotiate deals with new partners.
  • Take ownership of partnership reporting and performance
  • Ensure partnerships deliver on promises to customers.
  • Ownership of a pipeline & revenue number through a partner program.
Requirements and skills

  • Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals.
  • Experience building partner programs in a SaaS and/or CX environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
