SAP Partner Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong relationship with SAP at an executive level, focusing on defining and executing business goals to drive indirect revenues aligned with Decision Points strategy.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the IT landscape, identifying opportunities and whitespace in your designated market.
  • Comprehend SAP's strategy and key initiatives, adapting them to Decision Points Data & Analytics offerings.
  • Foster robust relationships with key stakeholders to reinforce our business objectives.
  • Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess progress and suggest adjustments to priorities when needed.
  • Organize and conduct targeted sessions to enhance and expand your Partner business.
  • Coordinate teams to address Partnership inquiries effectively.
  • Lead the execution of Business Plans and Partner Activation.
Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in account or Partner management.
  • 5 to 8 years of professional experience.
  • Familiarity and broad knowledge of SAP portfolio is advantageous.
  • Experience in Account Management within the Software/IT Industry sector.
  • Skills in Partner management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of partnership management in the IT domain.
  • Proficiency in sales/marketing and managing partner relationships.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with coaching abilities as a bonus.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities along with a high level of business credibility from the Partners' viewpoint.
  • Ability for creative thinking, a keenness to learn new concepts and technologies rapidly.
  • A proactive, results-driven team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Capacity to work independently, taking responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Confidence in engaging across all organizational levels, possessing a strong presence and stature.
  • High credibility both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in utilizing support systems, message handling, and remote communication tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
