Partner Management Hub (PMH) is a global entity dedicated to nurturing SAP's thriving Partner Ecosystem.

We are expanding our team to empower our partners to grow sustainably and drive increased revenue. This is a pivotal moment for the Partner Management Hub (PMH) as the role's scope and responsibilities are evolving. The position of Partner Manager (PM) entails a significant remote partner management role where you will establish and maintain professional relationships with designated SAP Partners. The Partner Manager (PM) will concentrate on Partner Activation, implementing the Partner's business plan with SAP, boosting indirect revenues, enhancing partner satisfaction and efficiency, while contributing to SAP's growth strategy. Additionally, the PM will focus on cultivating a strong network of relationships with key stakeholders within the SAP organization to ensure full alignment in development and communication with our partners.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Establish an executive-level rapport with our Partners, centered on defining and achieving business goals aligned with SAP's strategy.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the IT landscape, opportunities, and gaps in the designated South East Asia (SEA) Market Unit.
  • Familiarize yourself with SAP's strategy and key initiatives, translating them as necessary for South East Asia (SEA) Partners.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders operating in the SEA Market Unit to support your Partners' business objectives.
  • Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews with SEA Partners to assess progress and make adjustments to future targets if needed.
  • Organize and/or conduct targeted sessions to foster the growth and development of South East Asia (SEA) Partners' businesses.
  • Coordinate teams to address Partnership inquiries.
  • Drive Business Plan Execution and Partner Activation.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Experience in prior account or Partner management roles.
  • 3 to 6 Years of professional experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in one of the specified industries:
    • Account Management in the Software / IT Industry sector
    • Professional services & support roles
    • Partner management
    • Pre-Sales
    • Consulting
  • Comprehensive understanding of partnership management in the IT sector.
  • Familiarity with sales/marketing processes and partner relationship management.
  • Proven interpersonal and team-building skills, with coaching abilities being advantageous.
  • Proficient in problem analysis and resolution.
  • High business credibility from the Partner's standpoint.
  • Ability for creative thinking, willingness to learn rapidly, and adapt to new concepts and technologies.
  • Proactive and results-oriented team player with strong communication skills.
  • Capable of working independently and taking ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Confidence in engaging across all organizational levels and possessing a strong presence.
  • Credibility internally and externally.
  • Proficiency with various support systems, message handling, remote communication tools, as well as Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Native fluency in a South East Asian (SEA) Language (Thai / Bahasa/ Vietnamese) is mandatory.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Business/IT Degree.
  • Familiarity and broad understanding of SAP's product portfolio is advantageous.
