Your Role

  • Responsible for optimizing communication channels: Push notifications, emailers, SMS & Whatsapp
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive customer engagement and revenue through campaigns
  • Utilize CRM tools to enhance user engagement, retention, and revenue
  • Provide reports on promotional campaigns and business metrics
