As an AD - Sales Capability at Practo, you'll be leading the sales capability building cycle, enhancing the sales team's performance through strategic training and development initiatives.

Job Program Design and Development:

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training programs, including content creation and curriculum design, to address competency gaps.

Utilize various instructional methods and technologies to deliver engaging training sessions.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs based on business objectives and performance gaps.

Drive the adoption of best practices and ensure the sales team is prepared to embrace change effectively.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development through self-directed learning, peer mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Performance Measurement and Reporting:

  • Establish clear metrics and KPIs to measure training program effectiveness.

Develop and implement performance metrics to track the ROI of sales training initiatives.

  • Conduct assessments to identify sales capability gaps and generate reports to communicate outcomes and recommendations to senior management.
  • Monitor the impact of sales training on key performance metrics like revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Analyze sales processes and tools to identify areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine and optimize sales processes.
  • Streamline workflows and improve efficiency within the sales team.
  • Design and implement a rewards system for the sales force aligned with objectives.
  • Drive the Reward & Recognition program for the entire sales team.

Must-Haves:

Proven experience in sales training, enablement, or talent development, ideally in B2B settings.

  • Strong grasp of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training technologies.
  • Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights.
