We are looking for a Sales Representative who can handle these challenges smoothly. They'll tell Practo's story, showcase our products and impact, and show how we improve lives of potential customers.

**Job description
As a Sales Executive, you will work with Practo’s Content team to facilitate the transition of doctors' static profiles to dynamic video profiles on Practo's platform, while also actively engaging with healthcare professionals to promote and sell this innovative product concept.

Prior sales experience is a must.
- Smart, energetic, ambitious, and creative, with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative work environment Able to work collaboratively and effectively with others on the content team and across the company

**Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Content team to transform healthcare professionals' profiles into dynamic video profiles on Practo's platform.
- Proactive reach out to healthcare professionals to introduce and sell the newly launched video profile product.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets consistently.
- Identify doctors with high demand offline and discuss partnerships.
- Take charge of customer acquisition in a specific area, ensuring top-notch satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and regulations to shape sales strategies.
- Provide timely feedback to internal teams on market insights, customer needs, and product improvements.
- Strategize, launch, and expand business operations in new markets.
- Generate leads to find providers interested in working with Practo.
- Communicate with key stakeholders - doctors, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams - throughout the process, from lead generation to doctors going live.
- Review SLAs with doctors periodically and resolve any issues.
- Foster teamwork and maintain high motivation levels across the team. Understand team challenges and provide long-term solutions, collaborating with various functions such as product, analytics, marketing, and sales excellence.

**Key Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, ideally in healthcare or technology.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially with doctors.
- Excellent communication skills to explain Practo's value proposition clearly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. Ownership, drive, and flawless execution.

**Must haves:
- 3 to 4 years of field sales experience.
- Tech-savvy, motivated, and a team player.
- Consultative sales approach with a willingness to learn.
- History of achieving sales targets.
- Good communication skills in English and a regional language.
- Strong demonstration skills.
- Trustworthiness, honesty, and assertiveness.
