Key Responsibilities:

  • General and office administration (work place, office supplies, CUG, workstation allocation)
  • Facility management (parking, pest control, AMC, painting and repair)
  • Drive and manage third party manpower agency for housekeeping /security and other personnel
  • Liaison with government officials for renewal and procuring of admin related license (PPL, Trade and any other basis need) and maintaining them at offices/ware house and stores
  • Responsible for procurement and distribution of consumables/assets and any other admin related products
  • Source, negotiate, onboard and maintain vendors
  • Processing of bills and expense management
  • Provides support locally with business travel arrangements, helps to organize meetings and other Administrative duties as assigned.
  • Plans and implements logistics for internal/external events and meetings such as employee meetings, workshops, conferences, leadership events.
  • Maintain reports and tracker
  • Groom and train team for performance and productivity

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • An effective team manager with a strong work ethics
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Good at vendor and stakeholder management
  • Strong at negotiation with commercial acumen
