Position Overview
Organizations are increasingly shifting from traditional infrastructure towards containerization and Cloud-based deployments.
This position will be responsible for overseeing several key aspects of the transition from a traditional to contemporary infrastructure, enabling the best of breed containerization and hybrid-cloud approaches.
Roles and Responsibilities:
This leader will be responsible for the following:
  • Report findings and draft recommendations to mitigate risk to operational risk and business line management.
  • Create and communicate an integrated roadmap of requirement products with dependency mapping for cloud product
  • Build / Partner with cross-functional product team for delivery of agile backlog, translating product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features and user stories
  • Establish a feedback loop on cloud Insight services (i.e., surveys, focus groups, regular forums)
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ Years experience as Product manager.
  • 2+ years of experience with GCP services
  • 3+ experience with defining, implementing and monitoring Cloud policies for large enterprise environment.
  • 2+ years of Cloud security
  • 3+ years of implementing service accounts, workload identities
  • 2+ years of experience in setup of projects in GCP, access management (AD groups), API security, data protection concepts
  • 2+ years of experience in interfacing with Audit
  • 3+ years' experience with hybrid- and multi-cloud organizations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to peers and executive leadership
  • Ability to research and self-study to keep technical skills relevant in a highly complex environment
  • Ability to effectively drive and lead change in an organization with Wells Fargo's size, scale and complexity
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) with ability to communicate at multiple levels ranging from technologists to senior managers and executive leadership
