We are looking for an experienced Product Lead to head our product management team and drive our product portfolios strategic direction.


As a Product Lead, you will work strategically, build a strong team, and ensure the companys economic success by constantly inventing new technologies, entering new markets, and expanding sales and profitability in a sustainable manner.


The ideal applicant must possess a track record of successful product development and management, as well as a thorough awareness of market trends and the ability to integrate product strategy with overall business objectives.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Strategic planning and portfolio management for all products.

  • Formulating and executing strategies to achieve longterm product objectives.
  • Defining and coordinating the companys vision, strategy, and roadmap to position it as a worldwide provider.
  • Prioritizing features based on market trends, customer feedback, and business needs.
  • Creating and presenting visionary innovations (occasionally in front of investors or analysts), strategic decision proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases.
  • You will be in charge of strategic collaborations as well as contract negotiations.
You will represent the company to key customers, the press, and analysts.

  • Driving innovation within the product portfolio and assessing the potential impact of new technologies.
  • Leading a product management team in which you motivate and achieve steady improvements in your area and encourage learning, adaptation, and a willingness to iterate on product strategies and processes.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the product team.

Requirement and Skills:
Product Head

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field at the Bachelors or Masters level is required.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of Banking, EdtTech, marketing or product management
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in the English language in order to communicate with management and senior management as well as with employees and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, sales, engineering, and design.
