About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager.
In this role, you will:
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of experience of Data security experience
  • 2+ years of experience in masking, tokenization and encryption concepts
  • 2+ years of experience with Google DLP for scanning, masking and tokenization/deterministic encryption
  • 2+ years of concepts of key management and rotation
  • 2+ years of experience interfacing with Audit on Cloud security and data protection concepts
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience serving cloud native analytical products to both technology and business partners.
  • 2+ years of experience with GCP Cloud
  • 3+ years of experience as a technical product manager/owner
  • 2+ years of experience with GCP services /Azure Services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to peers and executive leadership
  • Ability to research and self-study to keep technical skills relevant in a highly complex environment
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) with ability to communicate at multiple levels ranging from technologists to senior managers and executive leadership
  • Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • Experience with Terraform and Terraform Enterprise
  • Experience with cloud native CSP IAM and Security services
  • Experience with Harness a plus
