Position: Sales Customer Success Specialist

  • Location: Hybrid, Delhi (Kashmiri Gate)
  • Salary: ₹3 Lakhs to ₹5 Lakhs per annum depending on experience and skill-set

This full-time on-site role for a Sales Customer Success Specialist involves managing customer interactions, delivering excellent service, overseeing sales processes, providing training, and sales management.

  • Collaborative team player with cross-functional coordination
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in CRM and sales tools; familiarity with messaging apps and workplace communication tools is advantageous
