We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team at Astar or its clients. We are poised for rapid growth and are looking for individuals who are passionate about driving our success forward.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a product-based or related industry for the US region.

The primary responsibility of the SDR will be to drive customer engagement and advocacy through proactive outreach efforts.

Desired Experience:1-2 years of Sales/Business Development experience in a product-based or related companyStrong interpersonal skills with a drive for resultsPassion for technology and a willingness to learn and growAbility to excel at developing relationships through collaboration

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Scheduling calls: Setting up appointments with right decision makers for Astar or its clients using cold reach outs on email, twitter, linkedin, call etc

Customer Engagement:
Establish and drive engagement through various communication channels including but not limited to zoom calls, emails, and social media platforms

Customer Advocacy:
Identify and qualify prospects, and build awareness of Astar's or its client's products/services

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales team to guide prospects through the journey from lead to customer

Process Orientation:
Maintain discipline and hygiene in execution to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in reaching out to targets.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of outbound reach outs, with a target of 30-50 reach outs per day.

Proven track record of booking meaningful calls or demos, 5-10 per week.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
Experience in cold-calling or lead generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
