Job Summary:


As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in our sales process by identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities.

Your main responsibility will be to schedule demo meetings for our Account Executives and Sales Leadership team. This role demands a proactive and motivated individual with exceptional communication skills and a love for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate fresh sales opportunities.
- Evaluate leads and arrange meetings for Account Executives and Sales Leadership to introduce our solutions and services.
- Investigate and pinpoint potential clients and key decision-makers within target companies.
- Establish and manage a pipeline of interested prospects and interact with them to comprehend their requirements and challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to formulate effective strategies for lead generation.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all sales tasks and encounters in the CRM system.
- Attain and surpass monthly and quarterly objectives for qualified meetings and pipeline expansion.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively showcase our solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a related position.
- Demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing sales targets successfully.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish connections and engage prospects.
- Strong research and analytical abilities to recognize and assess leads.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot.
- Self-driven, goal-focused, and capable of working autonomously in a remote environment.
- Ability to handle setbacks positively and with resilience.
- Knowledge of the industry and familiarity with the solutions and services offered is advantageous.
