Enterprise Sales Manager

We're looking for a Corporate Sales Manager who would formulate and execute strategies to lead the operations across India.
Scope of Activities:
- Develop and maintain a process to establish relationship with the decision makers of corporate venues
- Provide direction and leadership to the corporate partnership teams across all the offices.
- Follow developments in external business sectors and accordingly looking at opportunity for growth
- Provide training to the team members on process and skills required for effective outreach.
- Organize engagement activities like the campaign theme week in venues to engage the supporters.
- Work with Digital team to generate leads that can be used by both online and mobile unit.
- Contribute towards annual fundraising plans of the organization.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management team on the performance.
Must Have
- 9-15 years of experience in corporate sales (Industry: Insurance/logistics/BFSI/IT sales ) with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing corporate sales team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
- Liaison with C-Level Executives: Engage with C-level executives (CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, etc.) align sales initiatives, present proposals directly with top executives.
Fixed CTC: Rs. per annum. The cost to the company is exclusive of medical insurance and gratuity.
Location:Bangalore.
