Position Overview:
- As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will lead sales efforts to reach revenue targets and expand the customer base in India, the Middle East, UK, and USA.
- Your focus will be on promoting our CXM products and automation solutions.
- Your duties will involve creating sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Your role will play a crucial part in promoting sales excellence and encouraging business growth.
- Meet monthly revenue targets for bookings and billing.
- Acquire new clients from various industries such as BFSI, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, and Retail.
- Ensure daily updates to internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, meet client needs.
- Consistently generate a high-quality pipeline to achieve monthly objectives.
- Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
- Develop and uphold relationships with key clients, understand their requirements, and offer tailored solutions.
- Engage in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations to secure new business and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the customer support team to ensure effective post-sales support and uphold long-term customer relationships.
- Use CRM systems and sales analytics tools to monitor sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics.
- Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights for senior management.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build industry relationships and broaden business networks.
What we are seeking:
- 810 years of Business Development experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of field sales/hunter experience.
- Possess a personal network of Enterprise & SMB Accounts.
- Demonstrated success in sales management within the IT sector, preferably focusing on enterprise software, IT services, or technology solutions.
- Strong business insight and comprehension of IT industry dynamics.
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Results-driven mentality with a focus on revenue growth and goal achievement.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel when necessary for client meetings and industry events.
