RentoMojocaters to the needs of the working professionals which is unmet dueto the nonavailability of furnished rental flats by offeringfurniture and appliances on rental basis thus providing moreflexibility than owning the expensive furniture andappliances.
Currentlywe have subscribers with a typical rental period of 1214months. The current market size (as per a recentreport by GrantThornton) is estimated to be US$ 4.1Billion and expected to grow to US$ 13 Billion by 2025.
With1000 people operations the company has a presence in 16 citiesacross India. Looking back Rentomojo has not only made a new marketof lease which never existed for the consumer they have also becomemarket leaders in the consumer rental industry. Unlike the normthey are now seeing a reverse trend wherein a version of ours isbeing copied in the US and UK. We are also profitable at monthlyPAT since Oct 2021.

Aboutthe roleThe PresalesExecutive is responsible for driving sales through incoming leadsgenerated by marketing efforts website inquiries and otherchannels. You will build rapport with potential customersunderstand their needs and present Rentomojos rental solutions in acompellingmanner.
ResponsibilitiesandOwnership: (Thingsthat the role cannot miss)
  • Qualifyincoming leads and identify potential customers with genuine rentalneeds.
  • Conduct needsassessments to understand customer requirements preferences andbudgets.
  • Effectivelypresent Rentomojos rental plans product offerings and valuepropositions tailored to individualneeds.
  • Negotiate termsand close sales ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence tocompanypolicies.
  • Maintainaccurate sales records and contribute to achieving individual andteam salestargets.
  • Build strongrelationships with customers and foster positive brandexperiences.
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS: Your work tillnow will be the first qualification that would matter to us. Otherthan that you should be:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a relatedfield(preferred).
  • Minimum12 years of experience in inside sales or a similar customercentricrole.
  • Strongunderstanding of sales principles negotiation techniques andclosingstrategies.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport with a diverseclientele.
  • Proficientin MS Office Suite and CRMsoftware.
  • Ability towork independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced targetbasedsalesenvironment.
  • Strongproblemsolving and analyticalskills.
  • Excellent timemanagement and organizationalskills.
  • Selfmotivatedgogetter and highly energetic attitude is aplus
