Sales and Marketing Trainee

- Generate new business as well as ensuring existing clients are fully serviced and new offers and proposals put forward.
- In this sales job you will be required to identify and prepare sales proposals that are best suited to the customer's needs as well as in line with meeting personal and team sales targets.
- You will be expected to prepare weekly/monthly statistical reports comparing targets set against targets achieved.
- Must have exposure of selling high class CNC/VMC/VTL machines.
- Identifying potential customers and developing relationships with them
- Understanding the technical specifications of different types of machine tools
- Demonstrating the features and benefits of various machine tools to clients
- Providing technical support to clients during the sales process
- Negotiating prices and terms of sale with clients
- Preparing sales proposals and contracts for clients
- Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction
