Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in technical sales, with a focus on industries such as railways, semiconductors, aerospace, defense, and oil & gas.
This role involves working closely with our clients to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions that leverage our extensive capabilities in rubber manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in target industries.
Understand client requirements and provide technical expertise to offer the best solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with our engineering and production teams to ensure client specifications are met.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Rubber Technology.
7-8 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the rubber or manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of rubber components and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
