Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Manage the front desk by directing incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and providing information about the company.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Support the HR and administrative team with various tasks and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
