Customer Care Senior Representative

Job Description
- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone or in writing to ensure customer satisfaction and service standards are met
- Resolve routine questions and conduct research on customer inquiries
- Develop a strong knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and team processes
Required Skills:
- Work Monday-Friday from 17:30 to 3:30 IST
- University degree or equivalent with 3+ years of English language studies
- 0-1 year(s) of experience using Windows PC applications, navigating screens, and learning new software tools
- 6+ months of service-oriented experience corresponding with English-speaking customers in writing or over the phone
- 6+ months of service-oriented experience applying business rules and making decisions
