As a Product Marketing Specialist at Simbian, you will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy for our innovative security products and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to create compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience.

Your role will involve market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to develop effective marketing campaigns and collateral. You will craft persuasive narratives that clearly communicate the value proposition of our products and drive demand generation activities.

Responsibilities

  • Define the TAM and SAM for the product line and identify the target market and segments. Define and iterate on the positioning and messaging of our products to meet overall business targets.
  • Thoroughly understand market segments, their needs, buyer personas and their journeys, and vendorscape to build deeply persuasive and differentiated messaging, content and assessments.
  • Managing, planning, and coordinating content strategy ensuring it aligns with marketing and commercial objectives and target audience (including SEO optimisation)
  • Drive 360-degree content creation initiatives across the website and social media platforms.
  • Conduct rapid experimentation, analyse data outcomes, and continuously optimise to achieve goals.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor short-form copywriting.
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing in the cybersecurity or technology industry
  • Exposure to cybersecurity products in a strategy/marketing/product capacity
  • You are curious about metrics, execution processes, macro trends
  • Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market plans for complex software products
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging
  • Strong analytical and research skills to understand market trends and customer insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
