Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: CG Road, Ahmedabad

Shift Timings: 10:30 AM to 07:30 PM

Working Days: 5.5 Days (Twice a Month)


Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketing efforts and optimizing campaign performance to achieve company objectives. This role requires a blend of research acumen, creativity, and analytical skills.



Key Responsibilities:



Research:

  • Gather and analyze information on market trends, demographics, and competitors.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

Campaign Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns for branding and product launches.
  • Ensure alignment of campaigns with overall business objectives.

Data Analysis:

  • Track and analyze campaign results to understand user behavior and improve conversion rates.
  • Utilize data to optimize marketing strategies and drive performance.

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee and manage the company's social media accounts.
  • Ensure brand consistency and engage with the audience across platforms.

Website Management:

  • Manage and update the company's website to ensure it is current and effective.
  • Monitor website performance and implement improvements as needed.

Reporting:

  • Create and distribute reports on key metrics including lead generation, content creation, and website traffic.
  • Provide actionable insights based on report data.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with creative teams to produce branding ideas, advertising content, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.


Support:

  • Assist with sales presentations, campaign updates, and project management tasks.
  • Provide support to various teams as needed.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, including campaign development and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and website management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


Additional Information:


  • The role requires working 5.5 days a week, with a shift from 10:30 AM to 07:30 PM.
  • The position is based in CG Road, Ahmedabad.
