Role Overview:

We’re searching for a skilled Marketing Specialist with 8+ years of D2C experience in the Indian digital landscape, ideally with prior experience working with infant/children's products. You’ll play a key role in developing and implementing our organic marketing, email and social strategies. We need someone who is not only experienced but also open to learning about the specific regulations and sensitivities related to our product.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop Digital Strategies:  Create and execute effective digital marketing plans to build our brand’s online presence.
  • Manage Social Media:  Develop and manage content for our social media channels, lead influencer marketing initiatives, and monitor performance to engage our audience.
  • Optimise SEO:  Improve our website’s SEO to drive organic traffic. Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices.
  • Understand Regulations:  Learn about the regulations and sensitivities related to infant nutrition to ensure our content is compliant and appropriate.
  • Analyse Audience:  Use data to understand our audience’s needs and preferences, and adjust our strategies accordingly.
  • Track Performance:  Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns, using insights to make data-driven improvements.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience:  At least 8 years in D2C marketing, particularly within the Indian market.
  • Expertise:  Proven experience in creating effective organic marketing strategies for digital and social, and SEO.
  • Industry Knowledge:  Experience with infant/children's products, or similarly complex products.
  • Skills:  Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Adaptability:  Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new industry specifics and regulations.
