CRM Specialist

NEXA is looking for a CRM Specialist to join our CRM team. This is a role for a potential candidate who has technical experience in the setup, maintenance, and optimization of the HubSpot CRM system. In this role you will be planning, monitoring and implementing CRM strategies for clients across different industries and countries. To qualify for this role, you should be someone who is comfortable with meeting tight deadlines, maintaining high-standards of quality, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up the CRM backend account system according to the client needs and industry best practices.
- Cleaning and organizing data files for importing data into the CRM system.
- Maintaining clean and accurate data within the CRM system; including updating existing records and identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.
- Understanding the requirements of a client’s Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams and setting up their CRM account to meet these requirements.
- Creating and managing workflows, email campaigns, and other systems automations within HubSpot.
- Creating reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics for the client.
- Assist senior members in the team in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for client improvement.
- Assist senior members in the team in developing handover documents at the end of each onboarding summarizing all of the onboarding project work for the client.
Training and Support:
- Assist senior members of the team in conducting demos and user training workshops on the CRM functionalities.
- Provide ongoing technical support to CRM users within the client’s organization and troubleshooting basic issues.
- Keep current with updates and product releases in the CRM, best practices, and required certifications.
Required Skills
- Ability to independently and confidently setup the HubSpot CRM for clients.
- Ability to actively listen to and understand a client’s business goals, challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Ability to aid senior members of the team in conducting training and demos for clients with the knowledge about how to use HubSpot effectively.
- Ability to independently monitor progress, address issues, and offer support to help clients maximize their ROI from HubSpot.
- Ability to be proactive in picking up HubSpot knowledge and applying critical thinking/problem-solving skills to manage basic HubSpot implementations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience (preferably at an agency).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Solid understanding of HubSpot CRM and its functionalities is a requirement for this role; including Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
- Experience with other CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Braze, Zoho, Odoo, Adobe Campaigns/Marketo) is a plus.
- Knowledge of developer tools, API integrations, and/or webhook would be considered a plus.
- Proven ability to excel both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal, to convey technical information to non-technical users
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to professionally interact with all staff and management members.
- Tech savviness and the ability to quickly and constantly learn new products and processes.
- Can manage simultaneous software implementations for multiple clients.
