Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for leading and managing the talent acquisition process to attract, recruit, and retain top talent for the organization.
This role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the organization's staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct market research to stay informed about talent trends and best practices.
Partner with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs based on business growth and objectives.
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Sourcing and Pipeline Management:
Proactively source candidates through various methods including headhunting, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Implement innovative sourcing techniques to reach passive candidates.
Candidate Assessment:
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
Use appropriate assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' skills and potential.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and candidate selection.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting and Analytics:
Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company's employer brand through various channels and initiatives.
Participate in employer branding activities such as career fairs, industry events, and social media campaigns.
Develop and maintain relationships with universities and professional organizations.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Implement and improve recruitment processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., Workday, Taleo).
