Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent to drive our organization's growth and success. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand business needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruitment Planning:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and assessments, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and fit.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for key positions to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Interview Coordination and Evaluation:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Guide hiring managers through the interview process, providing training and support as needed.
- Collect feedback from interviewers and candidates to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Offer Management and Negotiation:
- Extend offers to selected candidates, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
- Collaborate with HR partners to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate a smooth transition for candidates from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Employer Branding and Talent Pipeline Development:
- Promote our employer brand through various channels, including social media, job boards, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and passive job seekers to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Represent the company at networking events, career fairs, and industry conferences to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier talent in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
