We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong ability to identify and attract top talent.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the company attracts and hires the best talent to drive our growth and success.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Stakeholder Management:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR team on recruitment status and candidate pipeline.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication.

Process Management:
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
Assist in the negotiation of job offers and extend offers to selected candidates.

Employer Branding:
Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities to increase company visibility.

Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to HR leadership.


Qualifications:


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:1 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with social media recruiting and professional networking sites (e.g., ).

Preferred

Qualifications:

Experience recruiting for technical positions in the IT/Tech industry.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
