Job Description:

HopeQure is seeking 3 experienced Senior B2B Business Development Managers to join our team in Noida, Mumbai, and Bangalore. The ideal candidates will reach out to CXOs and HR professionals in top organizations to offer Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, growing the client base, and spotting business opportunities through outreach, cold-calling, lead generation, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with CXOs and HR professionals to promote Employee Assistance Programs.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Identify business growth opportunities through outreach, cold-calling, and lead generation.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations for potential clients.
  • Develop and manage channel partner networks, collaborate with insurance companies, and nurture international relationships.
  • Spot alliance and partnership chances for business expansion in India and overseas.
  • Plan effective promotions and campaigns.
  • Maintain HopeQure's reputation and brand.

Qualifications:

  • BE, MBA, or similar Master's degree with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in successful development strategies.
  • Goal-oriented and focused.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Capability to address conflicts directly.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Ability to identify, develop, and manage networking opportunities with potential partners.
  • Preferably, experience in healthcare or EAP business.
