Zonal Manager Sales Independent Aftermarket

The purpose of this role is to implement sales strategy and plans in zone for sustainable business growth.
Implement sales strategy in zone and plan for business growth.
Formulate the sales targets for different channels of Independent Aftermarket to improve market share in zone.
Deploy national sales programs for all products to achieve desired sales product mix.
Manage turnover and share of business to have desired receivables for business.
Plan workshop business development in zone for secondary turnover growth.
Promote sales from secondary and tertiary trade levels to generate demand for business in zone.
Qualifications
in any stream.
MBA is desirable.
7-10 years of experience in Aftermarket Sales, preferable from Automotive/Automobile/FMCG industries.
3 + years of experience in Sales Management and Workshop business development.
3 + years Experience in Channel /Distribution management.
Additional Information
Competent in leading a small team (5+) with multi culture, demographic, generation, and diversity.
Competent in customer relationship management.
Competent in analytical skills.
Competent in communication skills across levels and culture.
