Job Description

In this role as a Associate General Manager you will:

  • Own the business Profit & Loss / Financials, of the studio.
  • You should have some premium Architect connections in the city.
  • Lead a team of outbound business development managers and designers.
  • Develop deep relationships with the architect community to build a robust pipeline of architect referral projects.
  • Be responsible for customer experience. Your role will oversee the end to end customer life cycle starting from client acquisition, design development and execution coordination.
  • Own your projects from start to finish. Manage customer negotiations and payment.

External Skills And Expertise

Requirements :

  • Minimum graduate, designing or architectural background preferred
  • 10+ yrs of relevant experience in the interior designing industry having experience managing and driving end -to-end residential projects. (Sales, Design, Execution)
  • Past experience working with Architect channels and good premium architect connects
  • Effective communicator and efficient in program / stakeholder management.
  • Should be highly resourceful and action biased. Highly enterprising in nature with an ability to handle risk / uncertainty.
  • Thorough knowledge of costing and preparing project commercials (Bill of Quantity, Discounts etc).
  • Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.

You should have some premium Architects connections with you.
