General Manager - Learning & & Leadership:

  • Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for learning and development that supports the long-term growth and success of the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand business priorities, talent needs, and performance gaps, and translate them into actionable learning initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and development to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Program Development and Delivery:

  • Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify learning priorities and develop targeted learning interventions for the corporate and sales teams.
  • Design and deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences, including instructorled training, virtual sessions, elearning modules, and experiential learning activities.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop highquality training materials, resources, and tools that meet the diverse learning needs of our employees.

Learning Management System (LMS):

  • Lead and manage the LMS team, providing direction on system administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to evaluate, select, and implement learning technology solutions that support our learning objectives and business requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze LMS usage metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement of our learning technology ecosystem.

Measurement and Evaluation:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation criteria to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives on employee performance, engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Implement robust evaluation methodologies, such as surveys, assessments, and focus groups, to gather feedback and insights from learners and stakeholders.
  • Use data and analytics to track progress against learning goals, identify trends and patterns, and make datadriven decisions to optimize learning programs and resources.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a highperforming team of learning professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to foster their growth and career advancement.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Learning and Development team, promoting knowledge sharing and crossfunctional partnerships.
  • Foster strong relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and industry associations to leverage resources and expertise in support of our learning Experience and Skill Sets:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science / Pharmacy/ Human Resources or related field; Master's degree essential.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in learning and development leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing learning technology platforms, preferably Learning Management Systems (LMS), and familiarity with emerging trends in learning technology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships,
influence stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
