1. Drafting, negotiating and closing various commercial contracts including supply agreement, equipment purchase agreement, data sharing agreements, offtake agreements, NDAs etc.

2. Drafting of MOUs, Agreements to Sell, Conveyance Deeds and any other documentation required for purchase, sale, or lease of land.

3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various power purchase agreements for purchase of power and other power related documents

4. Assisting with M&A due diligence and agreements on a need basis

5. Advising on relevant state and central laws with respect to purchase of land as well as process and structuring.

6.Advising on various electricity and power related laws as well as changes in regulations.
