RoleBrief:

  • The role sitswithin Samhitas Growth and Innovation team the apex teamresponsible for developing and scaling new initiativesas well as orchestrating programs/ initiatives within theorganization. The role requirescollaboration with both internal and external stakeholders tocreate pitch decks track existing programsand develop a broader strategy for the organization. The role isintegral for theorganizations REVIVEAlliance through which we aim to impact 10 million lives in thenext 5 years.
  • The Team touches onall key aspects of the Samhita Social Impact work lifecycleincluding conceptualization and design of new solutionsand aid models forging partnerships with funders andpartners for their execution plan creationand program incubation as well as creating client pitches toengage with newer funding and strategicpartners.
  • This role is for you ifyou are someone who loves problem solving is a selfstarter and islooking to work in a fluid dynamic environment withevolving challenges and opportunities for constantlearning.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy vertical including working in close collaborationwith the CEO and seniormanagement
  • Support inbuilding strategic partnerships with corporate and institutionaldonors through pitchbooks concept notes presentationsand client engagement
  • Designnewer solutions across livelihood gender equality financialinclusion digital transformation and related socialimpact themes including developing the theory of changestoryboarding the narrative in MS Officeand working with Implementation Research &MEL
  • Teams to customize thesolution per client needs
  • Support theleadership in internal firm strategy innovation and growth planning
  • Work crossteams in preparing responses togrants & tenders (RFPs) per emerging needs

Qualifications Skills& Experience:

  • 8years of experience in a Big 4 consulting/ strategy role
  • MBA MPA/MPP from reputeduniversity/institute
  • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills
  • Very strong MSOffice and written Business Englishskills
  • Strong Interpersonal client managementand presentation skills
  • High interest workingin Social Impact Space and ability to work flexibly to meetdeadlines
  • Ability to contribute beyond thedefined scope ofwork
