  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information to support their decision-making process.
  • Documentation Support: Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork for property transactions. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth processing.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster partnerships. Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and addressing client inquiries.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Work to exceed set sales targets to contribute to Mumbai Homes' success.
  • Experience Requirements:
    Proven track record in real estate sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation abilities. In-depth knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market. Self-motivated and result-oriented.
