Neumeric Technologies Corp seeks an adept Business Development Executive responsible for cultivating and maintaining new client relationships within the US/Canadian market.

Job Title: Business Development Executive (US Staffing)

Location: Onsite at Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: 7 pm - 4 am (IST)

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and explore new market prospects.
  • Leverage your existing business connections and experience to expand new relations and clients with Implementation Clients or Direct clients.
  • Drive business growth through direct client engagement, System Integrators, and Implementation Partners.
  • Essential: 5-7 years of experience in US Staffing Sales (not US IT recruiting).
  • Conduct lead generation, initiate cold calls, and nurture leads.
  • Proficient in client interactions with a willingness to continually learn and adapt.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organize and conduct business meetings with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in communication and presentation techniques.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Business Development Executive in US Staffing (Preference for Female Candidates).
  • Proven track record in client handling and cold calling.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software is a bonus.
